PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Kampong Chhnang Water Festival Boat Committee on Friday has prevented a group of people from providing food and money to support racers of boat named Kdam Prai (Pickled Crab), accusing that the food contain toxins that exhaust the racers.
